“And they were all amazed, and they glorified God, and were filled with fear, saying, We have seen strange things to day.” Luke 5:26 KJV

The greatest miracle of love is bigger than the fact that God loves us even while we were enemies. It’s bigger than learning to love others. The greatest miracle is the way love makes us lovable; genuinely, thoroughly, permanently lovable.
That gives me chills. How awesome is that?! We were made to reflect what ever we think about, to manifest in behavior and character our inner, invisible thoughts and feelings. Being loved by God allows us to love Him in response, which begins an entire feedback loop of love, and somewhere along the way we learn to love as He does, which makes us likable and lovable to others around us. It shows us how to be attractive, successful, friendly and fun. We become better workers and leaders, better friends and family. The miracle has come full circle. Loving me is easy.
God, thank you for loving me, though I’m often hard to love. Show me how to love like you, and be winsome and lovable, too.
