What’s happening?
It’s happening! My Poetic Arts and Wellness Studio is in Pre-Launch! I’m so excited! I’ve been learning so much about health, wellness, and transformation in my coaching certification classes that I’m overflowing, and I can’t wait to get started. The best way I’ve found to share with you is to combine all my talents and skills in this unique experience.
In these sessions we’ll focus on Heart Health and HeART Appreciation techniques. We’ll touch on anatomy and physiology in enjoyable and memorable ways, build new awareness and connection with your heart, as well as explore tips to enhance the healing of heart conditions and issues you may experience. You’ll come away with a better understanding of yourself, your purpose, and your possibilities.
Who are you?

However, I am a Spiritual Adviser, Bible Teacher, and Wellness Coach. I am a poet, writer, artist and crafter. I have a masters in Practical Theology concentrating in worship arts. I have personal experience in health education and plant-based eating. Along with wellness and transformation certification, I’ll also be pursing one in Poetry Therapy.
Wellness is balance and peace in all areas of life, including spiritual and mental wellbeing, and often requires serious change to achieve. I’m turning all my talents, trainings, and life experiences to coaching others through this transformation. Prayerfully you’ll see and treat yourself as the work of art that you are.
What is a Paint, Sip and Heal event?
Many of you may have heard of paint and sip events, light community painting classes or free flow sessions with friends and a drink of choice. That’s it, I thought! Perhaps this format would be the perfect atmosphere to share the life-changing health information I’ve been receiving! And Paint, Sip & Heal events were born!
Why not do a basic health class?
I’ve fallen asleep in more health classes than I can count, or I couldn’t remember of maintain what I learned. Painting keeps your hands busy and mind engaged. Creativity provides loads of healing energies. A refreshing drink or snack opens the senses. Enjoying time with your friends helps seal the moment in your memory and creates chances for recall. Learning new ways to appreciate and love your unique body is transformative. Combining all of this together is a gentle yet powerful way to share this highly technical, often boring, but vitally important subject.
How can I help?
Everyone is a work of art in God’s hand, and I wish everyone knew and could step into it. With your help this Wellness Studio can begin promoting the masterpieces we’ve always hoped we could be.
