This verse may mean many different things to you, but yesterday I feel like I joined the flight! I spent a few hours in the morning making some art. I had so much fun!!! I forgot how much I like art, and got introduced to acrylic painting.
Then in the afternoon I got to share parts of my story and the good news of the power of God’s love to heal our hearts and minds and therefore our bodies to a group of ladies. I brought the poster, and some brightly painted bookmarks for gifts.
We talked about the stages of menopause, and the women shared experiences, struggles, and triumphs on this journey. I was able to share my testimony, poetry, art, childhood dreams, and future plans. We encouraged each other to keep the faith. Needless to say, I was flying high. If God will fly with me, I’ll everywhere He sends me to tell whoever will listen how much God’s love has done for me.
God, thank you for a great start. Help me stay consistent and grow in efficiency and effectiveness. Bless the ladies with the work of my hands. Keep me flying no matter the weather. In Jesus name, Amen!
